Who the fuck are the jerkoffs that built the Facebook Website? These assholes need to go back to school and learn how to build a fucking functional site.
I tried, repeatedly, to set up an account and kept getting this bullshit “invalid e-mail” error message. WTF. It’s valid, assholes.
I went to their “help” section and found absolutely zero information related to this bullshit error. So, I did what I should’ve done in the first place and Googled it.
Apparently, these fucking jerkoffs don’t allow “info@” e-mail addresses. Are you fucking kidding me?!?!?! These pricks know that I’m trying to set up a Website for an organization (because I selected those options in their sign up flow) and they won’t allow the most basic of e-mail addresses associated with organizations? And, worse, they’re not even going to bother to tell me that’s the reason they’re declining my e-mail address?
Holy-fucking-shit these people are stupid.
Hey, Facebook, here’s a couple of pointers:
- Allow “info@” e-mail addresses.
- Give us some useful information in your piece of shit error messages.
- Provide some fucking help in your “help” section.
So, I set up a brand-new e-mail alias (just to appease these assholes) and finally created my account. Or, so I thought.
I received a message indicating that I’d be sent a verification e-mail. It has now been 4 fucking hours and I still haven’t received the verification e-mail!!! These assholes make me jump through hoops to set up an account then don’t bother to send me the verification e-mail?!?!?
So, again, I go to their goddamned “help” section and, this time, manage to find a section related to my problem. However, instead of providing a link to resend the verification e-mail — you know, like they’d do on a site that isn’t a piece of shit — they have me fill out a support form.
Problem solved? Fuck no! Now, they want me to reply to their reply to my support request. You know, to verify that I’m actually the person who sent the support request.
Look, Fuckface Book, all you have to do is send the fucking verification link to the fucking e-mail address you have associated with my fucking account. What the fuck is the point in my replying to your goddamned stupid-ass e-mail? It serves no purpose. Just send me the fucking link! I’m done jumping through your goddamned hoops.
